However, we strive to do right by our customers at all times, so please contact us if your Cwocky Time experience did not meet your expectations and we will do our best to make it right for you.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We require photos as proof of damage per USPS policies.
